Refund Policy

A. Instructions for Cancellation (Right of Withdrawal)

Introduction

Consumers, i.e. any natural person acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession, are entitled to cancel a contract under the following conditions.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

In the case of digital gift cards or event tickets, the withdrawal period begins on the day of contract conclusion.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal / Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is the result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for the following contracts:

Custom-made or personalized ceramics
Event tickets for events with a fixed date or period, pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 9 BGB
Leisure services provided on a specific date or within a specific period

Gift cards may only be refunded if they have not been redeemed. Once a gift card has been redeemed in whole or in part, a refund is excluded.

General Information (Non-binding)

Please return goods, if possible, in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components.
Please ensure adequate packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
These instructions are not a condition for exercising your right of withdrawal.
